Tek Che Ng is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. He has experience in property development, manufacturing, and engineering services. His previous roles include Director of Bayan Development Sdn Bhd since August 2019, Executive Director of Milux Corporation Bhd from 2016 to 2019, Chairman, Director, and Shareholder of Prime Oleochemical Industries Sdn Bhd since 2012, CEO of Mines Resort Berhad from 2012 to 2014, and Group Managing Director of Metronic Global Berhad from 2004 to 2012. He founded Metronic Engineering Sdn. Bhd. in 1986 and led it to a public listing. He holds an MBA from Charles Sturt University and a Diploma in Mechanical and Automotive Engineering from Tunku Abdul Rahman College.
Chow Wing Loke is the Chief Financial Officer. Since August 2020, he has been Director of A&C Technology Waste Oil Sdn Bhd and became major shareholder, Managing Director, and CEO of A&C in December 2020, a company in the waste recycling industry. From March 2018 to June 2020, he was CFO of Motos America Inc. (formerly WeConnect Tech International Inc).
