Aitan Zacharin, age 42, has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director since October 3, 2025. He has experience in the biopharmaceutical, healthcare, technology, and consumer products sectors, having founded and operated multiple companies valued over $1.5 billion. His previous roles include Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Information Officer at Fuse Science Inc., board member of MediClic, co-founder and CEO of The Greater Cannabis Company, Inc., and Head of Investor Relations at Connexa Sports Technologies Inc. Zacharin also led the acquisition of Vogue Recovery Center and acted as a strategic advisor for Nasdaq issuers. He holds dual degrees from the University of South Florida.
Gerald Bernstein, age 63, has been Chief Financial Officer since July 2016. Before this, he was Vice President of Finance at Pazazz Printing Inc. from 2015 to 2016 and at Amcor Holdings Inc. from 2013 to 2015. From 2003 to 2015, he worked as a self-employed CPA consultant. Bernstein holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants.
