Peng Ou (also known as Jianhong Yin), age 48, is the Founder, Chairman, and Director of the company. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Renmin University (2000) and led the group's transition from offline to online education. Tongbo Liu, age 39, serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director. He joined the company in 2009 after earning a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics from Tsinghua University, progressed from management trainee to vice president in 2012, and became CEO in January 2015. Jing Gao, age 41, is Vice President and Director. Employed since 2006, she has held roles including lecturer, project manager, and branch director, and currently oversees risk assessment and control. Zheng Zhao (also known as Ching Chiu), age 47, has been an Independent Director since June 2019. He is special assistant to the president and general manager of New Oriental Industry Funds, leading strategic development and mergers and acquisitions. He is a former senior auditor at Ernst & Young and an independent director of CLOOPEN GROUP HOLDING LIMITED. He holds a master's degree in finance and a bachelor's degree in economics from Peking University’s School of Economics. Yingda Song, age 40, has been an Independent Director since May 2024. She is an associate professor at Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her previous roles include assistant professor (2017–2019), research associate at University of Science and Technology of China (2015–2017), and research fellow at National University of Singapore (2013–2015). She holds a Ph.D. from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University.
