Bala Padmakumar has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman since June 2025. He is an entrepreneur and technologist with experience in strategic partnerships, product and business development, technology and operations, private equity, and venture capital. He has led several SPACs, including ChampionsGate Acquisition Corporation, Four Leaf Acquisition Corporation, and Monterey Capital Acquisition Corporation. Since July 2024, he has been Vice Chairman at ConnectM, where he leads the Office of Technology. He has been a partner at Advantary LLC since August 2020, advising companies in the clean energy and technology sectors. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Technology from the University of Madras and a Master of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University.
Soumen Das has served as Chief Financial Officer and director since June 2025. He has been managing member of SPACCatalyst LLC since 2024 and was Director of Capital Markets & Investments at VIKASA Capital Inc. from June 2021 to May 2024. He has extensive SPAC experience, having launched seven SPAC IPOs with Explorer Acquisition LLC. Since July 2024, he has been director of finance at Meditab Software Inc. and, since May 2025, CFO of Dose Packer Inc. Previously, he was project development manager and CFO of JENO RD from 2015 to 2018. He holds an MBA from ESADE Business School and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Rourkela, India.
