Kent Cunningham, age 55, has served as Chief Executive Officer since July 8, 2025, and has been a Board member since April 1, 2024. He has over 25 years of experience in consumer packaged goods and health and wellness marketing and sales, with previous roles at Better Choice, Catapult Consulting, 1440 Foods, The Bountiful Company, Whole Earth Brands, Glanbia Performance Nutrition, and MARS Petcare. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Vanderbilt University and a BA in Communications from the University of Michigan.
Carolina Martinez, age 36, has been Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer since April 24, 2025. She previously served as Interim CFO, Secretary, and Treasurer beginning April 3, 2023, and was CFO of Better Choice starting August 2, 2023. Her prior experience includes positions at ONE10 Advisors and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and holds a Master of Science in Accounting from The University of Tampa and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting from the University of Central Florida.
Michael Young, age 48, has been a Director and Chairman since December 2019. He is a founding partner and Managing Partner of Cottingham Capital since January 2017, and a former Managing Director and Co-Head of Trading at GMP Securities, L.P. He also serves on the boards of Aerues Inc. and XIB I Capital Corp. He holds a diploma in Finance from George Brown College.
Directors Simon Conway, age 57, Joshua A. Epstein, age 46, and Sammy Dorf, age 40, began their terms in 2025. Lionel F. Conacher and David A. White resigned from the Board on October 31, 2025.
