typically include investors, financial institutions, project developers, electric
utilities, independent power producers, commercial and governmental entities,
production home builders, residential owners and small commercial building owners.
We leverage a combination of direct sales as well as a broad partner ecosystem
to efficiently reach our global customer base.
We sell our residential solar energy solutions to end customers through a variety
of means, including cash sales and long-term leases directly to end customers,
sales to resellers, including the Companys third-party global dealer network,
and sales of the Companys operations and maintenance (“O&M”)
services.
