Justin Lafazan, age 29, has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer since April 2025. He founded Next Gen HQ in 2014, acting as its CEO until 2022, and has been Chairman of Fam1 Investments since 2023. He is the author of two books and holds a degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Joshua Lafazan, age 32, has been President since July 2025. He served as a member of the Nassau County Legislature from 2018 to 2023. He attended Cornell University and Harvard University and is a doctoral candidate at the University of Pennsylvania. He also teaches at Long Island University.
Teresa Strassner, age 32, has been Chief Financial Officer and Director since April 2025. She founded Vantage Financial in 2019 and has experience in asset management and mergers and acquisitions. She holds dual degrees from the University of Hartford.
Jeffrey Hoffman, age 64, has been a Director since April 2025. He is an entrepreneur, CEO, motivational speaker, author, and producer with experience founding startups including Priceline.com/Booking.com and uBid.com. He chairs the Global Entrepreneurship Network and founded World Youth Horizons. He holds a B.S. from Yale University.
Blake Janover, age 43, has been a Director since April 2025. He is founder, chairman, and CEO of J2 Labs Inc. and serves on the board and as Chief Commercial Officer of DeFi Development Corporation (Nasdaq: DFDV).
