He holds a business engineering degree from Offenburg University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Arthur Schuetz was appointed Chief Financial Officer effective January 1, 2026. He holds a master's degree in economics from the University of Bonn and has over 20 years of experience in finance and banking, with previous roles at Flemings, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, and Barclays. Anette Schmid serves as a non-executive director with over 25 years of experience at SCHMID. Her expertise includes strategic IT alignment, project systems, production, logistics, controlling, and audit support. She has been involved in SAP project management and is a co-owner of Gebr. Schmid GmbH as well as the owner of Schmid Aequitas GmbH & Co. KG and Schmid Aequitas Verwaltung GmbH.
