David BenDavid, age 54, has served as Chief Executive Officer since April 2025. He was previously Chief Technology Officer from 2018 to 2019 and CEO and co-founder of Tensorleap and Ogmint from 2019 to 2024. He has over 25 years of experience in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and technology. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and a Software Engineering Certification from Technion.
Ofer Naveh, age 54, has been Chief Financial Officer since June 2017. He has over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management. He was CFO of Accel Solutions Group Ltd from 2010 to 2017 and has served as an external director of Upsellon Brands Holdings Ltd since 2021. He holds a B.A. in Accounting and Business from the College of Management Academic Studies, an M.A. in Law from Bar-Ilan University, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
Noam Shloper, age 52, has been Chief Operating Officer since November 2024. He was previously Head of QA, Homologation, and Project Management since July 2019. He has over 20 years of experience in executive compliance and project management in high technology. He served as Director of Quality Management at DRS Rada Technologies from 2017 to 2019 and as Quality Manager at Logic Industries Ltd. He holds a degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from Shenkar College of Engineering.
Doron Cohadier, age 52, has been Vice President of Business Development and Marketing since September 2024. He has over 20 years of managerial experience in business development. He was Vice President of Business Development at Foresight Autonomous Holdings Ltd from 2017 to 2024 and Director of Business Development and Marketing at Elbit Systems Ltd from 2011 to 2017. He holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Brunel University and an Executive M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University.
Amit Klir, age 56, has been Vice President of Research and Development since March 2021. He has over 25 years of experience in video and audio applications development and leadership. He was Head of Engineering at Continuse Biometrics Ltd from 2015 to 2021. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and Computers from Ben Gurion University.
