Xinyang Li, age 31, has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of ReTo since May 2025 and is also CEO of ReTo Hengda. He was Assistant to the President at Beijing REIT from July 2021 to December 2024 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Nebraska Lincoln. Guangfeng Dai, age 65, has been President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chairman of the Board of ReTo since 2020, and COO of ReTo Hengda since December 2024. He served as COO and Director of Beijing REIT from February 2000 to November 2024 and holds a master's degree in Automobile Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology. Zhizhong Hu, age 64, is Chief Technology Officer and Director of ReTo since November 2016 and CTO of ReTo Hengda since December 2024. He was CTO and Director of Beijing REIT from February 2000 to November 2024 and holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nanjing University of Science and Technology. Degang Hou, age 65, has been Chief Internal Control Officer of ReTo since February 2020 and of ReTo Hengda since December 2024. He served as Chief Internal Control Officer of Beijing REIT from February 2000 to November 2024 and graduated in Ship Internal Combustion Engine Direction from Dalian University of Technology in 1983. Yue Hu, age 37, has been Chief Financial Officer of ReTo since August 2022 and of ReTo Hengda since December 2024. She worked at Beijing REIT from May 2019 to November 2024 and holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Xi’an Siyuan University. Tonglong Liu, age 62, has been a Director of ReTo since November 2022 and CEO and Chairman of Beike Huizhi Software Technology Co., Ltd. since June 2018. He was Vice President of Greater China at Dassault Systèmes S.A. from December 2012 to June 2018 and worked at PTC, Inc. (formerly Parametric Technology Corporation) in China from March 1993 to November 2012.
