She has over 20 years of experience in capital markets, finance, and business development, and previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Compugen Ltd. Dalit Fellous Hazan, age 55, has been Deputy CEO and Executive Vice President of Research and Development, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs since 2024. She held various research, development, and regulatory roles since 2016 and was formerly head of Global Regulatory Affairs at Teva Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd. Ori Warshavsky, age 48, has been Chief Operating Officer for the US since 2022. He was previously Senior Director of Oncology Marketing at Teva Pharmaceuticals and holds degrees in Biotechnology Engineering and an MBA. Jonny Missulawin, age 39, has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2023. He was formerly Senior Vice President of Finance and Director of Finance, and previously a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young. He holds an MBA and is a certified public accountant. Brooke Story, age 54, has been Director and Chairman of the Board since 2025. She has held leadership roles at BD, including Worldwide President of Surgery and Integrated Diagnostic Solutions, and was formerly President at Medtronic.
