The executive officers of Procaccianti Hotel REIT, Inc. include Mr. Procaccianti, who serves as Chairman and CEO, and Mr. Vickowski, who serves as a director, CFO, and Treasurer. Ron Hadar, age 57, has served as Secretary and General Counsel since August 2016. He has also held the positions of Sponsor’s Assistant General Counsel since August 2015, General Counsel for the Sponsor and TPG Hotels and Resorts, Inc. since January 2016, and General Counsel for the Advisor since August 2016. Mr. Hadar manages legal matters related to hotel development, acquisitions, divestitures, debt and capital placement, contracting, corporate governance, and asset management for Procaccianti Companies, Inc., its subsidiaries, and the Advisor. He has over 20 years of experience as a transactional business and real estate attorney, including serving as General Counsel to The Richmond Company, Inc. from June 2005 to June 2015. Prior to that, he worked at several law firms in Boston focusing on capital markets and real estate matters. Mr. Hadar holds a law degree from The University of Denver, Sturm College of Law (1995) and an undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester (1990). He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and is an In House Attorney in Rhode Island. He has lectured for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and is a member of the Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and American Bar Associations.
