4. Adam Woodrow - Chief Commercial Officer: Mr. Woodrow joined Paratek in 2017 as CCO. He has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including leadership positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb and AstraZeneca. Mr. Woodrow has a BS in biology from Rutgers University.
5. Lisa Counsell - Chief Development Officer: Ms. Counsell joined Paratek in 2021 as CDO. She has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including leadership positions at Merck and Chimerix. Ms. Counsell has a PhD in microbiology and immunology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

He is a recognized expert in bacterial resistance and antibiotics research and has published numerous papers and books on the subject. Dr. Levy earned his MD from the University of Illinois College of Medicine.
5. Rolf A. Classon - Director: Mr. Classon has been a member of Paratek's Board of Directors since 201 He has over 25 years of experience in the biotechnology industry, including positions at Genzyme and Shire Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Classon has an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
