Corden-Lloyd is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Project Manager with over 23 years of financial and regulatory experience. He has been a consultant for PsyLabs since April 2024 and a board member of Novaspore Ltd. since March 2022. His previous roles include positions at MindHealth Biomed Corp, Canopy Growth Africa, Capitec Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited, and The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Stellenbosch, a Bachelor of Accounting Honours from the University of Natal, and is registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Marc Balkin, age 52, has served as a director since January 25, 2024. Graham Patrick, age 45, and Sashank Pillay, age 49, also serve as directors.
