The Partnership conducts customer transactions through agreements with MS&Co. for clearing and execution services, and with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as the selling agent for Class A Redeemable Units. It pays trading and clearing fees to MS&Co. and holds assets in brokerage accounts at MS&Co. and JPMorgan. Cash held for margin requirements complies with CFTC regulations. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management receives a monthly selling agent fee based on the adjusted net assets of Class A Redeemable Units. Additional licensed selling agents may also receive fees for selling Class A Redeemable Units. Class Z Redeemable Units do not incur selling agent fees.
