Kit Ming (Michael) Lo, age 52, serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director. He was elected to the board on January 20, 2025, and appointed chairman on January 23, 2025. Since 2018, he has been head of finance at International Toys Trading Limited and has held the position of director of wealth management at FWD Life Insurance Company (Bermuda) Limited since 2014. Yi Shao, age 37, is Chief Executive Officer and Director. He joined the board on April 18, 2019, and was appointed CEO on May 10, 2019. His previous roles include general manager of Jiangsu Yanggu Culture Development Co., Ltd. (October 2018–March 2019), deputy general manager of Jiangsu Dahe Live Network Technology Co., Ltd. (October 2017–September 2018), project manager at Nanjing Cultural and Artwork Property Exchange Co., Ltd. (October 2015–October 2017), and software developer at Marvell Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (June 2013–October 2015). He holds a bachelor's degree in electronic information science and technology (2010) and a master's degree in biomedical engineering (2013) from Nanjing University.
Lijuan Ding, age 47, is Chief Financial Officer, appointed May 13, 2024. She previously served as financial manager at Jiangsu Huahai Ship Management Co., Ltd. (2018–2024), Nanjing Kehuiyan Food Technology Co., Ltd. (2015–2017), Nanjing Ranxin Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (2012–2015), and Nanjing Newspaper Group (2010–2012). From 2002 to 2010, she was audit project manager at Jiangsu Gongxin Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. She holds a bachelor's degree in Economic Management from Nanjing Agricultural University and obtained her Chinese CPA qualification in 2006.
Xuetong Qin, age 34, is Manager and Director, elected to the board on January 20, 2025. She has been accounting manager of the company and its wholly owned subsidiary Nanjing Rongke Business Consulting Service Co., Ltd. since March 2024. Previously, she was accounting manager at Zhongcang Warehouse Co., Ltd. (September 2019–February 2024) and Nanjing Cultural and Artwork Property Exchange Co., Ltd. (August 2013–August 2018). She holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Nanjing University of Finance and Economics (2013), is a Chinese Intermediate Accountant, and holds a Qualification Certificate for Fund Practitioner in China.
Aimin Kong, age 57, is Chief Operating Officer, appointed January 23, 2025. He has been general manager of the Coin and Stamp Center of Nanjing Culture and Art Property Exchange since August 2013. He previously served as general manager of Jiangsu Zhongjin Culture Development Co., Ltd. (December 2012–August 2013) and Jiangsu Culture Property Rights Exchange (May 2012–December 2012).
