Officers & Directors
Doron Kempel, age 61, is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and Director at Bond. He founded Bond in 2017 and previously served as Founder and CEO of SimpliVity Corporation, as well as co-founder, Chairman, and CEO at Diligent Technologies. Kempel holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and degrees in Law and Philosophy from Tel-Aviv University. He served approximately ten years in the Israeli Defense Forces.
Amit Hod, age 41, is Chief Financial Officer and Director at Bond, overseeing finance, IT, and regulatory compliance. He previously served as CFO at BCM and was a senior auditor at PwC. Hod holds a B.A. in accounting and information technologies and an M.A. in law. He served eight years in the Ministry of Defense.
Joseph DeSalvo, age 59, is Head of Global Security at Bond. He was formerly Chief Security Officer at Blackstone and has over 20 years of experience in corporate security and investigations. DeSalvo is a former FBI Special Agent and U.S. Army veteran. He holds an MBA from the University of Hartford and executive leadership certifications from Georgetown University and the Kellogg School of Management.
Michael Lambert, age 52, is Head of Commercial Operations at Bond. He joined Bond from Vectra AI and previously served as Vice President and General Manager of the Americas at MSC Software. Lambert graduated with honors from the U.S. Naval Academy and served five years of active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps. He speaks Japanese and Spanish.
Adam Draizin, age 55, is an Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Bond. He is a private equity investor and advisor, former Co-Founder and executive officer at Verra Mobility, where he served six years as CFO. Draizin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in History from Washington University in St. Louis.
Paul Morin, age 80, is an Independent Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee at Bond.
