Mr. Bouchard holds 261,600 common shares, 648,166 performance share units (PSUs), and 379,741 restricted share units (RSUs).
Sophie Bergeron has been a director since September 9, 2024, serving as an independent director. She is Managing Director of Rio Tinto Iron and Titanium and Diamonds, with over 20 years of mining experience in operations, project management, and sustainability. Her prior roles include General Manager of the Eleonore Mine at Newmont Mining and Continuous Improvement Superintendent at Xstrata Nickel.
Ross Bhappu has been a director since September 9, 2024, serving as an independent director. He is a Senior Strategic Advisory Partner at Resource Capital Funds (RCF) and has over 30 years of mining experience, including leadership positions at RCF, GTN Copper Corporation, and Newmont Mining Corporation.
Nicholas Chirekos has been a director since May 27, 2019, serving as an independent director. He has over 25 years of experience in investment banking and capital markets focused on mining and was Managing Director and Head of Mining at J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. until 2016.
