National Commerce's Comment on Sales, Marketing and Customers
We currently conduct our banking operations through the Bank’s offices in
Alabama and in central and northeast Florida. In Alabama, we operate seven full-service
banking offices in Birmingham, Huntsville, Auburn-Opelika, and Baldwin County.
In Florida, five of the Bank’s offices (in Longwood, Winter Park, Orlando,
and Oviedo) operate as “United Legacy Bank, a division of National Bank
of Commerce,” and four of the Bank’s offices (in Tavares, Ormond Beach,
Port Orange, and St. Augustine Beach) operate as “Reunion Bank of Florida,
a division of National Bank of Commerce.” The Bank also operates a full-service
banking office in Vero Beach, Florida. We conduct our factoring business through
Corporate Billing’s office in Decatur, Alabama, with clients located throughout
the United States and parts of Canada. Technology allows us to service a national
client base in this business, with sales representatives traveling to meet existing
and potential clients in their places of business.
