His experience includes securing over $400 million in financing and leading a Nasdaq public listing. Julio Arias García, aged 56, is an Independent Member of the Board and a Certified Public Accountant accredited by the Instituto Mexicano de Contadores Públicos A.C. He has over 34 years of experience in audit, finance, and taxation across various industries, with expertise in tax structures, internal controls, COSO methodology, and SOX controls. Oscar Jazmani Mendoza Escobar, aged 44, serves as Interim Global Chief Financial Officer. He is a Certified Public Accountant with a Master’s degree in Finance and has over 20 years of experience in accounting, audit, and finance across multiple industries. He previously held the position of Assurance Director at PwC Mexico and provides strategic financial leadership and compliance expertise.
