Oren Elkayam, age 52, serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He has experience leading technology companies from inception to commercialization, raising over $100 million, leading initial public offerings, and building corporate organizations. Previously, he was CEO of Sortech and Vice President of Business Development at Runcom. Elkayam served as an officer in the Israeli Air Force and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University.
Yossi Segal, age 52, is Vice President of Research and Development and a director. He co-founded Mobilicom Ltd. and was Chief Technology Officer and a founding member of Runcom Ltd. Segal specializes in OFDM/A technology and has led the design and development of mobile integrated circuits and wireless systems. He served in the Israeli Army and holds a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University.
Liad Gelfer, age 52, has been Director of Finance at Mobilicom Ltd. since July 2021. He has experience in financial reporting, modeling, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and internal controls. Gelfer previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Schindler (2020–2021), Chief Financial Officer at Safend (2018–2019), Senior Corporate Controller at Compugen Ltd. (2009–2017), and Director of Finance at Supercom. He holds bachelor's degrees in Business Management and Accounting and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the College of Management Academic Studies.
Guy Givoni, age 54, has been a director since March 2025. He has over twenty years of experience as a global business leader in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, unmanned aerial vehicles, telecommunications, B2B software, and agricultural technology industries. Givoni has led go-to-market strategies and scaled cybersecurity solutions globally and serves as a mentor to entrepreneurs.
