Deep Kalra, age 55, is the founder, group chairman, and chief mentor of the company. He joined the board on October 9, 2001. Kalra has over 33 years of experience in e-commerce, sales, marketing, corporate banking, financial analysis, and senior management. Before founding the company in April 2000, he worked as vice president of business development at GE Capital India and held positions at AMF Bowling Inc. and ABN AMRO Bank NV. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Rajesh Magow, age 56, is co-founder and group chief executive officer, appointed to the board on November 6, 2012. He has over 32 years of experience in IT and internet industries. Magow previously served as CFO and COO of the company. From 2001 to 2006, he worked at Tecnovate eSolutions Private Limited, serving as acting CEO before rejoining the company in 2006. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Aditya Tim Guleri, age 60, is an independent director appointed on April 3, 2007, as a nominee of Sierra Ventures entities. He is Managing Director of Sierra Ventures, focusing on IT software companies. Guleri founded and was CEO of Octane Software from 1996 to 2000 and led its merger with Epiphany (NASDAQ: EPNY). He serves on the boards of Enable, Cimulate, Cicero, Appcues, Astronomer, Balto, Phenom People, and Sedai.
