Jie Zhao, age 49, has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since December 2022. He joined WiMi Group in August 2015 as chairman of Yitian Internet, became director and chairman of the board in November 2020, and chaired the nomination committee. His prior roles include software developer at AsiaInfo Beijing Co., Ltd. (2002–2004), director at Shenzhen WeiXun YiTong Technology Co., Ltd. (2004–2012), and director at Xiamen Xiangtong Animation Co., Ltd. (2008–2015). He holds a bachelor's degree in robotics design and manufacturing from Wuhan University of Technology (1999) and a master's degree in software engineering from Tsinghua University (2006).
Min Shu, age 50, has been Director and Chief Executive Officer since December 2022. He joined WiMi Group in June 2018 as deputy general manager of technology. Previously, he worked as a software development engineer at Shenzhen Integvol Information Technology Co., Ltd. (2001–2006), senior software technical engineer at Shanghai Motegor Technology Co., Ltd. (2006–2012), and chief technical officer at Shanghai BlueSky Information Technology Co., Ltd. (2012–2018). He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and automation (1999) and a master's degree in communication engineering (2001) from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
Shan Cui, age 53, has served as an Independent Director since December 2022. She was an Independent Director of Venus since its IPO in February 2021. Since August 2018, she has been an independent director and chair of the audit and compensation committees at Fuqin Fintech Limited. She has been Executive Director of First Capital International Limited since 2010. Her prior positions include CFO of Lizhan Environmental Corporation (2011–2013), Manager of Planning and Analysis at Greene, Tweed & Company (2009–2010), Senior Finance Manager at Ikon Office Solutions (2005–2008), CFO for Invista (2003–2004), Senior Financial Consultant for the Peachtree Companies (2001–2003), Manager of Strategic Planning and Analysis for General Time Corporation (1998–2001), and Senior Vice President for Seaboard Corporation (1996–1998). She holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a bachelor's degree in International Business English from Ocean University of China.
Haixia Zhao, age 60, has been an Independent Director since December 2022. She has over 15 years of management experience in the energy industry. Since June 2019, she has served as independent director and chair of the risk committee at Sterlite Power Transmission Limited. From January 2010 to December 2018, she held the position of president (text incomplete).
Li He, age 40, has been Chief Financial Officer since December 2022.
Wengang Kang, age 37, has been an Independent Director since December 2022.
