Wai Ho Chan, aged 44, serves as Director and Chairman of the Board and is a co-founder of the Group. He has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and accounting. Previously, he was Director of Corporate Finance at CCB International Capital Limited and worked as an auditor at international audit firms. He holds CFA, HKICPA, and FCCA qualifications and graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in Professional Accountancy.
Sze Hon Johnson Chen, aged 44, is Director and Chief Executive Officer with more than 19 years of experience in investment banking and auditing. His prior roles include positions at Guotai Junan Capital Limited and KPMG. He holds CFA, Certified Financial Risk Manager, HKICPA, AICPA, and FCCA qualifications and graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in Professional Accountancy, with minors in Economics and French Studies.
Yau Ting Tai, aged 46, is Chief Financial Officer responsible for accounting, financial and treasury management, internal control, and compliance. She previously served as CFO at Exceed Company Limited and worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young. She is a member of AICPA and CPA Australia and holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Applied Science from the University of Toronto.
Chi Wai Siu, aged 44, is an Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and member of the Compensation and Nominating Committees. He has over 15 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, and valuation. His previous roles include positions at Canada’s Ministry of Finance, GCA Professional Services Group, Daiwa Capital Markets Hong Kong Limited, UBS AG, and CEO of Impressed Technology Limited. Since 2021, he has been CEO of GCA Professional Service Group and serves as an independent director of Sanbase Corporation Limited and Reitar Logtech Holdings Limited.
