Reid Waldman, M.D., age 31, is Chief Executive Officer and Director, serving as CEO since December 2022 and previously as Chief Operating Officer from March 2020 to December 2022. He co-founded the company and is a board-certified dermatologist with a B.A. and M.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City 6 Year B.A./M.D. Program. Tim Durso, M.D., age 36, is Chief Technical Officer since January 2026 and was President from August 2020 to January 2026. He is a co-founder and board-certified dermatologist with experience at Edward Hines VA Hospital and as Chief of Dermatology at Malcolm Grow Medical Clinics and Surgery Center. He holds a B.S. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.D. from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. Dominic Carrano, CPA, age 40, has been Chief Financial Officer since February 2025. He previously served as Vice President, Finance and Controller at Rallybio Corporation and held positions at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Deloitte & Touche, LLP. He earned a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut. Mark Neumann, age 62, is Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer since December 2025. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Intra-Cellular Therapies, Inc., and held senior marketing roles at Amgen Inc. and Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Lafayette College. Michael V. Greco, J.D., age 55, has been General Counsel since July 2025. He was General Counsel and Secretary at Rallybio Corporation and SpringWorks Therapeutics, Inc., and held senior legal positions at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He previously practiced law at Bingham McCutchen LLP and Wiggin and Dana LLP.
