Liu has been president of American Bear Logistics Corp. since February 2018 and previously worked at Hoson Logistics America Inc. He holds a bachelor's degree in bioengineering from Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University and a master's degree in food safety and technology from Illinois Institute of Technology.
Yang Li, age 43, has been Chief Operating Officer since August 2023. His leadership experience includes roles as CEO of Shanghai Nanchao Technology Inc., Managing Partner at Consensus Capital, CTO of Dealuse Technology Inc., and early career experience at TBA Digital Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computing Science from Simon Fraser University and has served as an Adjunct Lecturer at Fudan University.
Long (Leo) Yi, age 48, has been Chief Financial Officer since June 2024. He is a certified public accountant in Illinois with 15 years of experience. Yi has served as chairman of the audit committee at Color Star Technology Co., Ltd., CEO of Urban Tea, Inc., CFO of iFresh Inc., and CFO of TD Holdings, Inc. He holds a bachelor's degree from Northeastern University (Shenyang, China) and master's degrees in accounting and finance from the University of Rotterdam and McGill University.
Zhengyi (Janice) Fang, age 33, has been an Independent Director since June 2024. She is a certified professional accountant accredited by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Fang is a senior consultant at Ernst & Young since December 2020 and previously worked at KPMG. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on accounting and a master's degree in professional accounting from Seattle University.
Xiaoou Li, age 39, has been an Independent Director since August 2025. She has over nine years of experience in the financial industry and was an Account Manager at China Citic Bank Corporation Ltd. from 2015 to 2022. Li holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor of Management from Capital University of Economics and Business.
Aik Siang Goh, age 48, has been an Independent Director since September 2025. He is an entrepreneur and business leader with over 20 years of experience. Goh was Founder and Chairman of Edge Matrix Computing (EMC) from 2022 to 2025 and holds a Master of Finance Management degree.
