Esteban Saldarriaga, age 41, has served as Chief Executive Officer of LPA since March 2024. He was previously CEO of LLP from November 2022 and a board member of LLP since 2016. His prior roles include positions at Jaguar Growth Partners, Colombian Healthcare Properties, Grupo Gloria, and J.P. Morgan’s Advisory Group. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and degrees in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
Paul Smith Marquez, age 50, has been Chief Financial Officer of LPA since May 2024, after serving as Senior Financial Advisor from March 2024. He was CFO of VTrips, Hoteles City Express, Envases Universales de México, and Grupo MartÃ, and is founder and Chairperson of Integrigen de Mexico SAPI de CV. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree from Universidad Panamericana.
Annette Fernandez, age 49, has been Chief Operations Officer of LPA since May 2024 and was Chief Financial Officer from March to May 2024. She previously served as CFO and COO of LLP and worked at Prologis and PwC. She holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez.
Guillermo Zarco B., age 51, has been Colombia Country Manager of LPA since the Business Combination, having held the same position at LLP since 2016. His prior experience includes roles at Terranum, NCR, and Martin Air. He holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes and a master's degree in Supply Chain Management from University of Aix-en-Provence.
Luis Conejo, age 59, has been Costa Rica Country Manager of LPA since September 2024. He was previously Property Manager at LLP from January 2020 and Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Urbanizadora La Laguna.
