The company utilizes Jabil, a contract manufacturer based in Asia, as the sole manufacturer of its hardware products. Supply chain teams in the U.S. and Asia manage relationships between contract manufacturers and suppliers. To address risks and support manufacturing scalability, the company regularly assesses potential new partners, manufacturers, and suppliers. In October 2024, the company entered into a three-year manufacturing agreement with Jabil, which automatically renews annually unless terminated. Jabil produces products according to the company's design specifications and quality standards. The company owns most of the tooling and equipment necessary for manufacturing and holds purchase commitments for finished goods, work-in-progress, and components.
