She has over 26 years of managerial experience in manufacturing, operations, and business strategies, with previous roles at Harley-Davidson Motor Company and Chrysler. Sheila C. Bair has served on Lion’s Board since September 2020 and chairs the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Her past positions include President of Washington College, Chair of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and Assistant Secretary for Financial Institutions at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Pierre Larochelle has been on Lion’s Board since October 2017 and serves as Chair of the Board. He is Co-Managing Partner at Idealist Capital and has held leadership roles at Power Energy, Adaltis Inc., and Credit Suisse First Boston. Dane L. Parker has been a member of Lion’s Board since 2022 and is the former Chief Sustainability Officer and Vice President of Sustainable Workplaces at General Motors.
