Xiaogang Geng, age 53, is the Founder, Chairman, Director, and Chief Executive Officer. He established the Jayud brand and has over 20 years of experience in the logistics industry. Since 2011, he has held various executive director and general manager positions within Jiayuda and Jayud companies. He earned an Executive M.B.A. from HSBC Business School of Peking University in 2016 and participates in charitable activities related to public health and education.
Dun Zhao, age 44, has served as Director and Chief Marketing Officer since March 31, 2023. He has been the overseas operations director of Shenzhen Jayud Logistics Technology Co., Ltd. since June 2021. Zhao has extensive overseas experience and a background in marketing and family business ventures. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Trade and English (2005), a Master's in Marketing from the University of Portsmouth (2007), and completed Executive M.B.A. courses at HSBC Business School of Peking University from 2016 to 2018.
Feiyong Li, age 44, has been an Independent Director since March 31, 2023. He has over ten years of experience in investment and financing within the securities market. Since 2019, he has been an investment manager at Koala Securities Limited. Previously, he held senior roles at Zen Corporate Consulting Limited, CNI Securities Group Limited, Kingston Securities Limited, and Guoyuan Securities Brokerage (Hong Kong) Limited. Li received an Advanced Diploma in Business Studies from Windsor Management College in 2021 and has been licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission since 2009.
