Christer Rosén, age 74, has served as Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board, and Director since June 2015. He previously founded EffRx Pharmaceuticals, where he was CEO and Chairman from 1998 to 2015, and led the development of Binosto®, a drug for osteoporosis. Rosén holds a degree in Computer Sciences from Malmo Trade Schools/Lund University, Sweden.
Saleem Elmasri, age 40, has been Chief Financial Officer and Secretary since January 1, 2023. He is Managing Partner at Titan Advisory Services LLC since 2020 and CFO for Drugs Made In America Acquisition Corp. and Drugs Made In America Acquisition II Corp. since 2025. Elmasri is a CPA with over 15 years of experience in financial and management consulting and holds B.S. degrees in Accounting and Finance from Rutgers University.
Marshall Hayward, Ph.D., age 71, has been Co-Founder, Chief Scientific Officer, and Director since 2015. Since 2013, he has been founder and managing member of Marshall Hayward A (text incomplete).
