Officers & Directors
Lei Sun, age 46, is Chairman of the Board of Directors and founder of the company established in August 2006. He has over twenty years of experience in financial services and previously held senior positions at China Minsheng Bank, Digital China Group Co., Ltd., Taihe Chengxin Investment Co., Ltd., and Hi Sun Technology (China) Limited. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance and an EMBA from Peking University.
Yifan Ren, age 43, serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and has been a director since January 2014. He is general manager of Beijing Aidi Telecommunication Co., Ltd. and formerly worked at Beijing Tiantianfeidu Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing News Radio. He holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from Peking University and a master's degree in media and communications from Fordham University.
Changxing Xiao, age 53, is a Director and founder/partner of Will Hunting Capital. He previously served as CEO and chairman of Beijing Hi Sun Advanced Business Solutions Information Technology Limited and was a department head at Beijing Founder Order Computer System Co., Ltd. He holds a bachelor's degree in international finance from Peking University.
Fangxiong Gong, age 62, is an Independent Director with over 25 years of experience in finance. He is a responsible officer of FXG Asset Management Limited and formerly held senior roles at JPMorgan Securities (Asia Pacific) Ltd, Bank of America, and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He holds a Ph.D. in Financial Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in Physics from Temple University, and an M.A. and B.S. from Peking University.
Yuping Ouyang, age 51, has been an Independent Director since August 2021. She has served as CFO and Secretary to the board of Gowin Semiconductor Corporation since February 2021 and became a director in November 2024.
