Officers & Directors
Joseph F. Basile III, age 47, serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Secretary, and Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is a third-generation developer and general contractor with over ten years of experience in construction, development, and land acquisition. Basile founded JFB Construction & Development Inc. in 2014 and is a state-certified general contractor in more than 31 states. He owns and manages multiple real estate holding companies and affiliated entities.
Ruben Calderon, age 43, holds the positions of Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. He is a certified public accountant with over ten years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services. Calderon became CFO of the JFB subsidiary in November 2022 and assumed the CFO role of the company upon its formation. He co-owned RC Tax Services from 2014 to 2020 and earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the City University of New York and a master's degree in accounting from Baruch College.
David Clukey, age 50, is an Independent Director. Since 2023, he has been Senior Director of Business Development at Immersive Wisdom, Inc. Previously, he was a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at ServiceNow, Inc. Clukey has a military background as a Special Forces Officer and holds a Master of Science in Defense Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School, an Executive MBA from Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Arts from Georgia Southern University, and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
