2. David Guyer - Executive Chairman: Dr. Guyer is a renowned ophthalmologist and is a founder of Iveric Bio. He previously served as CEO and Chairman of Ophthotech Corporation, EVP and Chief Medical Officer of Eyetech Pharmaceuticals, and Director of Vitreoretinal Service at New York Presbyterian Hospital.
3. Pravin U. Dugel, MD - Chief Strategy and Business Officer: Dr. Dugel is an internationally recognized retinal surgeon and researcher. He is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Retinal Consultants of Arizona and has authored several articles and book chapters in the field of ophthalmology.
4. John Amatruda, MD - Chief Medical Officer: Dr. Amatruda has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He previously served as Chief Medical Officer at Spark Therapeutics and Global Head of Oncology Clinical Development at Novartis.
5. Frank M. LaFranco, MD - Director: Dr. LaFranco is a practicing ophthalmologist and is a founding partner of Garden State Eye Group in New Jersey. He is a Clinical Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and has served as a Principal Investigator for numerous clinical studies.
6. Hannah C. H. Chang, MD - Director: Dr. Chang is a partner at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, a private equity firm focused on healthcare investments. She previously worked at Goldman Sachs and was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch.
Keith Westby - Director: Mr. Westby is a Managing Director at Bain Capital Life Sciences and has over 20 years of experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. He previously held senior roles at Genzyme, Biogen, and Shire Pharmaceuticals.
