Carter Glatt has served as an Advisor since February 2026. He was previously the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and Chairman from the company's inception until February 2026. Mr. Glatt was Chief Executive Officer and Director of Dune I from June 2020 to December 2023 and has been Chairman of Global Gas since December 2023. From May 2018 to April 2020, he was Head of Corporate Development and Senior Vice President at GTY, a SaaS company. He began his career at Barclays, covering financial technology, consumer retail, and healthcare industries. Mr. Glatt holds a BA with Honors from Dartmouth College and has expertise in SPACs, deal sourcing, M&A structuring, and capital raising. As an Advisor, he assists in sourcing and negotiating Business Combination targets and provides business insights but has no written advisory agreement, employment or compensation arrangements with the company, nor fiduciary obligations or voting rights.
