Gregory William ("Bill") Haskell, age 69, serves as Chief Executive Officer and Class I director of Innventure, Inc. He was previously CEO and Manager of Innventure LLC from 2021 to 2024, co-founder and President of XL Vision and XL TechGroup between 1993 and 1999 and again from 2001 to 2011, CEO of a London Stock Exchange-listed company, and partner at Bellview Associates from 2019 to 2021. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and completed post-graduate studies in applied mathematics at Iowa State University.
David Yablunosky, age 63, is Chief Financial Officer and Class II director. He served as CFO of Innventure LLC starting in 2023, CFO of Embraer Aircraft Holding, Inc. from 2022 to 2023, CFO and Board Member of Embraer Executive Aircraft, Inc. from 2021 to 2023, and Board Member of Embraer Defense and Security, Inc. during the same period. His finance career spans over 30 years, including positions at Ford Motor Company, Ford Credit, Office Depot, Oxbow Carbon LLC, and Embraer. He served nine years in the U.S. Navy and worked on General Colin Powell’s staff. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the U.S. Naval Academy, an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland, a graduate Certificate in Accounting from Harvard University Extension School, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Michael ("Mike") Otworth, age 64, is Executive Chairman and Class III director. He has held the position of Executive Chairman of Innventure LLC since 2015. His previous roles include Founding CEO and Chairman of PureCycle from 2015 to 2022, President and Founding Partner of Green Ocean Innovation from 2008 to 2015, and Vice-President and Founding CEO of multiple start-ups at XLTG between 1996 and 2000. He began his career as a legislative aide and committee staff member in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Dr. John Scott, age 75, is Chief Strategy Officer. He has served as Chief Strategy Officer at Innventure LLC since 2015. He was Founder and CEO of XLTG from 1993 to 2013, where he developed the DownSelect method utilized by Innventure. His academic career includes positions at the University of Maryland, University of North Carolina, University of Arizona, and NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics and Astrophysics from the University of Arizona and has published over 60 academic papers.
Roland Austrup, age 62, is Chief Growth Officer.
