Alexander Rabinovich, age 55, is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of InterCure. He has been a board member since October 2018 and Chairman since February 2025. Rabinovich has experience with Nasdaq and TASE listed companies and holds a B.A. in economics and accounting from the University of Haifa, Israel. David Salton, age 66, has served as an independent director of InterCure since December 2014. He has over 26 years of management experience in investment banking and life science startups and has been CEO of AnchorMesh Ltd. since July 2024. Lennie Michelson Grinbaum, age 50, and Gideon Hirschfeld, age 60, serve as External Directors. Alon Granot, age 64, has been a director of InterCure since November 2020 and a board member of Canndoc since February 2019. He was CEO of Canndoc from September 2019 to December 2020 and has held various executive and director roles in other companies. Granot holds a B.A. from Haifa University and an M.A. from Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. Amos Cohen, age 46, has been Chief Financial Officer since February 2020. He has over 18 years of financial experience, including serving as CFO of Trendline Information and Communication Services Ltd. Cohen holds a B.A. in economics from Ben-Gurion University and an M.A. in accounting from the College of Management Academic Studies, Israel.
