Business Description
Horizon Global Corporation became an independent, publicly traded company as the
result of a spin-off from TriMas Corporation ("TriMas" or "former
parent") on June 30, 2015. Horizon was incorporated in Delaware on January
14, 2015, in anticipation of the spin-off.
We are a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of a wide variety of high
quality, custom-engineered towing, trailering, cargo management and other related
accessory products on a global basis, serving the automotive aftermarket, retail
and original equipment ("OE") channels.
