Her previous roles include positions at Shenzhen Huize Internet Insurance Agent Co., Ltd., Hua An Property Insurance Co., Ltd., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and an industrial company. She holds a specialist’s degree in financial accounting from Jiangxi Radio and Television University and a bachelor’s degree in law from The Open University of China. Bin Wei, age 56, has served as an Independent Director since February 2020. He has over 26 years of experience in accounting and finance. Since April 2019, he has been an asset management partner at CDH Investments Management (Hong Kong) Limited. His prior experience includes roles at Hillhouse Capital Group, China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd., Nanguang (Group) Co., Ltd., and the Audit Office of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. He is a Chinese CPA, Senior Auditor, and Senior Accountant, holding a bachelor’s degree from Zhongnan University of Finance and Economics and a master’s degree from Jinan University. Jun Ge, age 53, has been an Independent Director since February 2020. He began his career as an engineer at Shanghai Research Institute of Building Sciences and later held administrative and leadership positions at China Europe International Business School, Pudong Innovation Institute, and Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance. He is currently President of the Hong Kong Academy of Industry and Innovation and serves as an independent director for several companies. Ronald Tam, age 44, is Co-Chief Financial Officer. Minghan Xiao, age 52, is Co-Chief Financial Officer. Hong Zhu, age 43, is General Counsel.
