Di Wang, age 78, serves as Chairman of the Board and Director of Huadi International since its inception and is the founder and Chairman of Huadi Steel. Huisen Wang, age 66, has been Chief Executive Officer and Director of Huadi International since inception and has served as Director and General Manager of Huadi Steel since 1998. He holds a licensed engineer certification and is a certified senior manager in China. He is a licensed engineer in China and has been Chairman of a leather company in Wenzhou since 1999. He “Henry” Huang, age 52, is an Independent Director of Huadi International and an Associate Professor of Accounting at Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business. His teaching focuses on managerial accounting and IFRS, and his research addresses external monitoring mechanisms affecting accounting and governance. He has practical expertise in international investment, accounting information systems, securities litigation, and entrepreneurial planning, with research grants from the Research Grants Council of Hong Kong.
