He is the managing partner at Weidi (Shanghai) Investment Co., Ltd. and previously worked as a senior investment manager at ZHJ Group. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from California State University, Chico. Yizhao Zhang, age 55, served as an Independent Director until his resignation effective July 2025. He has over 10 years of financial management experience and has been an independent director at XT Energy Group, Inc., Kaisa Group Holdings LTD., and China Carbon Graphite Group, Inc. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Delaware and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, holding a bachelor's degree in economics from Fudan University and an MBA from State University of New York, University at Buffalo. Qian (Hebe) Xu, age 44, served as an Independent Director until his resignation effective July 2025. He has over 10 years of experience in financial markets as an investment banker.
