Tianyu Xia, age 36, has served as Chief Financial Officer since August 15, 2018. Previously, he was Investor Relations Manager at Recon Technology Ltd. and Smartisan Technology Co., Ltd. He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Saint Louis University, a Master's in Investor Relations from Fordham University, and an MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. Bo Shi, age 52, is Chief Technology Officer since the company's inception. He previously worked at Xiamen Automotive Friction and Sealing Material Co., Ltd. and has held various roles at HiTek, where he is currently general manager. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Application from Wuhan University of Technology. Weijun Wang, age 54, is an Independent Director. Since May 2022, he has been vice general manager of Shanghai UDH Technologies Co., Ltd. He has extensive experience at GOLDTECH Group Company, Cisco Systems (China), and other firms. He holds a bachelor's degree in Agriculture Information from Nanjing Agricultural University. Shuiqing Huang, age 61, is an Independent Director with over 35 years of experience at Nanjing Agricultural University in various academic and administrative roles. He holds a bachelor's degree in Literature and a master's degree in Science from Peking University. Zizhao Zhang, age 68, is an Independent Director and has been chairman of Beijing Wanxin Shuntong Shangmao Co., Ltd. since 2020.
