2. Scott W. Hefter (Executive Vice President and COO): Mr. Hefter has been an executive vice president and COO of The Hackett Group since 2012. Previously, he served as Vice President and General Manager of Global Business Services at IBM.
3. Michael Hammer (Founder and former Chairman): Mr. Hammer co-founded The Hackett Group and served as its Chairman until his passing in 2008. He was a world-renowned author and management consultant, most notably for his book "Reengineering the Corporation."
4. Richard G. Hamermesh (Director): Mr. Hamermesh has been a director of The Hackett Group since 2009. He is a Senior Fellow in the Management Department at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and has written extensively on corporate governance and executive leadership.
5. G. Wayne Mincey (Director): Mr. Mincey has been a director of The Hackett Group since 2011. He is the Executive Vice President, CFO and COO of ArcBest Corporation, a logistics and supply chain company.
