Fred Burke, age 76, has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since founding the company in 2004 and has been a board member since 2021. He co-founded Central Pharmacy Services, Inc. and Sales Technologies, Inc., and previously held positions at Procter & Gamble, McKinsey & Company, and the U.S. Air Force. He holds a B.S. in Engineering from Mississippi State University and an M.S. in Industrial Management from Purdue University.
David Morris, age 62, has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2004 and as a board member since 2021. He was previously CFO at Central Pharmacy, President of the PBM Division at Complete Health, and a CPA at Ernst & Young LLP. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Alabama.
Kendall Forbes, age 69, has served as Executive Vice President of Sales & Operations since 2004. He co-founded Central Pharmacy and was its Executive Vice President of Operations, owned Baton Rouge Central Pharmacy, and was a Pharmacy Manager at Nuclear Pharmacy, Inc. He holds a B.S. from the University of Louisiana Monroe School of Pharmacy and completed a graduate fellowship in Radiopharmacy at the University of New Mexico.
