He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mineral Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. Frank R. Parrish, III, age 52, has been President of GlobalTech Corporation since September 2025. He has over 25 years of experience in assurance and advisory roles and has been an Audit Partner with RBSM LLP since January 2024. His previous positions include roles at TPS Thayer, LLC, Thayer O’Neal Company LLC, The Siegfried Group, LLP, Atwood Oceanics, Inc., PCAOB, Ernst & Young, LLP, and KPMG LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor with degrees in accounting and logistics. Muhammad Azhar Saeed, age 46, has been Chief Financial Officer of GlobalTech Corporation since September 2024. He is also a Director of WorldCALL Public, WorldCall Private, and FZC. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer from January 2018 through June 2023. Shahid Ahmed Khan, age 69, was appointed Director of GlobalTech Corporation in January 2026.
