Paolo Enoizi, age 53, serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer. He was appointed CEO of GasLog in March 2022 and Chairman and CEO of GasLog Partners in August 2021. Prior to these roles, he was Chief Operating Officer from September 2019. Before joining GasLog, Enoizi was Managing Director of Stolt Tankers BV Rotterdam, a subsidiary of Stolt Nielsen Limited, overseeing more than 100 chemical tankers and thousands of seafarers. He also held positions including Director of Technical & Innovation and General Manager of Newbuilding & Technical. He holds a Master’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of Genova and has over 20 years of experience in ship management. Despoina Kyritsi, age 40, was appointed Director to the Board and Audit Committee in January 2024. She has 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and controlling, having worked with DHL Global Forwarding before joining DryLog in 2017 as a Business Analyst leading strategic projects. Kyritsi is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, a Certified Accountant, and holds a degree in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business, as well as an MSc in Financial Analysis for Executives from the University of Piraeus. Konstantinos Andreou, age 46, was appointed Director to the Board and Audit Committee on January 1, 2024. He specializes in corporate, maritime, and business law with over 20 years of experience. Andreou serves as Legal Counsel and Group Chief Compliance Officer for CERES SHIPPING Group and is Director of Legal, overseeing legal, regulatory, compliance, and governmental matters. He is also a Director of DryLog Shipping Ltd. He holds an LL.B./LL.M. from Université Lille II, an LL.M. in Maritime Law from City University London, and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris Business School. Maxime Philippe Cornet de Ways-Ruart, age 48, was appointed to the Board of Directors and Audit Committee on January 1, 2026. Achilleas Tasioulas, age 50, is Chief Financial Officer. Konstantinos Karathanos, age 52, is Chief Operating Officer.
