For the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, the executive officers were Lyron Bentovim, President and Chief Executive Officer; Maydan Rothblum, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer; and David J. Smith, Chief Creative Officer. Lyron Bentovim also served as Chairman and a member of the board of directors without additional compensation. Maydan Rothblum was a member of the board of directors without additional compensation. David J. Smith served as a member of the board of directors until December 15, 2023, without additional compensation. Each executive had an employment agreement effective until terminated by either party. Bentovim's annual base salary was $297,000 with eligibility for performance bonuses. Rothblum's annual base salary was $263,400 with eligibility for performance bonuses. Smith's annual base salary was $210,000 with eligibility for performance bonuses.
