He is also co-founder and CEO/CFO of GenFlat, Inc. since January 2018, Managing Member of Collapsible Revolution, LLC since 2019, and Managing Partner of Tooele Associates, LP since 1994. Hall manages several land holding companies and has been retained as a land development expert by the Utah Department of Transportation and The Salt Airport Authority since 2022. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University (1975) and was a Certified Public Accountant from 1976 to 1994. Garrett Hall has been President of GenFlat, Inc. since November 27, 2024, and Chief Operations Officer since December 2021. He co-founded CSQ Index and served as its COO from 2019 to 2023. Garrett Hall holds a B.A. in English from Brigham Young University (2006) and a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law (2009). Joseph J. Maggio has been Chief Operations Officer of GenFlat Holdings, Inc. since November 27, 2024, and was President from December 20, 2023. He has served as President of GenFlat, Inc. since 2022 and as National Sales Manager at Lanter Delivery Systems since 2021. Previously, Maggio was Director of Sales at NFI from 2018 to 2021. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University Long Beach (1979). Drew D. Hall is the father of Garrett Hall; no other family relationships exist among the officers or directors.
