Daofu Lin, age 44, has been an independent director since April 2022. He has worked as a project manager and national certified constructor at Fujian Minxiang Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. since 2014 and was previously office manager at Fujian Hengchun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. from 2002 to 2014. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Medical Botany from Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Fuzhou University.
Aijuan Sun, age 41, has served as an independent director since March 2025. She has over 20 years of work experience, including roles as buyer at Xiamen Fuqiao Sports Equipment Co., Ltd from 2004 to 2008, marketing operations manager at Xiamen Jing Yu Cosmetics Co., Ltd from 2008 to 2014, and manager at Oriental Pioneer Trading Limited from 2014 to 2024.
