The Company serves customers in maintenance and infrastructure markets with products including sewer cleaners, industrial vacuum loaders, safe-digging trucks, street sweepers, waterblasting equipment, refuse collection vehicles, road-marking and line-removal equipment, dump truck bodies, trailers, metal extraction support equipment, and multi-purpose maintenance vehicles. It also provides public safety equipment such as vehicle lightbars and sirens, industrial signaling equipment, public warning systems, and general alarm/public address systems. Aftermarket services include parts, service and repair, equipment rentals, and training. The Company operates 26 manufacturing facilities across five countries and serves customers worldwide. Its business is organized into two segments: Environmental Solutions Group and Safety and Security Systems Group. The Environmental Solutions Group manufactures and supplies street sweepers, sewer cleaners, industrial vacuum loaders, safe-digging trucks, waterblasting equipment, road-marking and line-removal equipment, refuse collection vehicles, dump truck bodies, trailers, metal extraction support equipment, and multi-purpose maintenance vehicles. Products are sold under brand names including Elgin, Vactor, Guzzler, TRUVAC, Westech, Jetstream, Blasters, Mark Rite Lines, Hog, New Way, Trackless, Ox Bodies, Crysteel, J-Craft, Duraclass, Rugby, Travis, OSW, NTE, WTB, Ground Force, TowHaul, Bucks, and Switch-N-Go. Customers include municipal and industrial entities.
